They are not a substitute for responsible adult supervision, professional safety equipment, medical monitoring, or emergency response devices. You are responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with the product instructions.

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We may contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase if we need to verify or update your order information.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, where applicable.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@chriscare.online. We will help review the issue based on the carrier’s tracking information and provide assistance where possible.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and warranty requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

ChrisCare offers a 30-day return policy for eligible orders. To start a return request, you must contact us before sending any product back. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

ChrisCare products are also covered by a 2-year limited warranty for eligible quality-related issues under normal use. The 2-year limited warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy and does not mean that all products can be returned for a refund after the 30-day return period.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly, liquid exposure, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or other non-normal use.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ChrisCare.
