Shipping Policy

At ChrisCare, we currently ship orders within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship from our U.S. warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Standard Shipping:
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders of $30 or more. Standard Shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after the order has been processed.

Express Shipping:
Express Shipping, if available, usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is free on orders of $30 or more.

For orders under $30, Standard Shipping is $5.

Express Shipping is $15, if available at checkout. Express Shipping is optional and may be selected regardless of order amount.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. Some remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or other special locations may have limited shipping availability or longer delivery times.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chriscare.online.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@chriscare.online. We will help review the issue and provide assistance based on the carrier’s tracking information.
