Warranty Period

The warranty period is 2 years from the date your order is delivered.

To request warranty support, you may be asked to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers eligible quality-related issues that occur under normal household use, such as:

Functional issues that are not caused by misuse or improper handling

Problems confirmed by ChrisCare support after review

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, ChrisCare may offer troubleshooting support, a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Misuse or improper use

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification

Liquid exposure or water damage

Drops, impact, or physical damage caused by accident

Improper handling, storage, or maintenance

Normal wear and tear

Use that does not follow the product instructions

Loss, theft, or damage after delivery that is not related to product quality

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers without valid proof of purchase

Before offering a warranty solution, our support team may ask for additional information or provide troubleshooting steps to help identify and resolve the problem.

Please do not send any product back before contacting us. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Depending on the issue and the review result, ChrisCare may offer one or more of the following solutions:

Relationship Between Warranty and Returns

The 2-year limited warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy.

The 30-day return policy allows eligible customers to request a return within 30 days after delivery.

The 2-year limited warranty covers eligible quality-related issues under normal use after the 30-day return period. It does not mean that all products can be returned for a refund after 30 days.
