At ChrisCare, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return request, please contact us at support@chriscare.online with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.
Before proceeding with a return, our support team may ask for additional information to better understand the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting support, a replacement, or another suitable solution to help resolve the issue.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with all original accessories and components.
Original packaging is recommended whenever possible, as it helps protect the item during return shipping.
Returns may not be accepted if the item has been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized disassembly, liquid exposure, improper handling, or other non-normal use.
Free Returns
For eligible U.S. orders within the 30-day return period, ChrisCare provides free return shipping.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chriscare.online.
We will review the issue and help make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting support, a replacement, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@chriscare.online.
Exchanges and Replacements
If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@chriscare.online.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
2-Year Limited Warranty
ChrisCare products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty for eligible quality-related issues under normal use.
The 2-year limited warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy. It does not mean that all products can be returned for a refund after the 30-day return period.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly, liquid exposure, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or other non-normal use.
